Every project starts with an in-person consultation to understand your goals, priorities and overall vision. From there, we develop a preliminary investment range to confirm alignment on scope, budget and feasibility before moving forward.
Once the preliminary investment is approved, we move into a formal Pre-Construction Agreement. During this phase, we coordinate drawings, engineering and key project details to define a clear and comprehensive scope of work. You’ll also receive access to your dedicated Buildertrend client portal, where all project information, communication and updates are organized in one place.
With plans in place, we guide you through the selection of finishes, fixtures and design details, creating a space that feels distinctly yours. Finalizing these important details early on ensures accurate pricing while helping to eliminate delays and costly changes during the construction process.
Once all details are finalized, we present a fixed-price proposal that captures the full scope of the project. From there, we handle permitting, scheduling and construction, maintaining clear communication and consistent execution throughout the project. Note: Home additions follow a cost-plus structure, while all other projects are executed on a fixed-price basis.
