Falcon Contracting Group was founded with the goal of bringing a more intentional and organized approach to residential remodeling in Southwest Florida. Our work focuses on careful planning, clear communication and delivering homes built to inspire and built to last.

Falcon Contracting Group is led by husband and wife Dalton and Melissa Fulks.

Dalton Fulks

Co-Founder & Certified Building Contractor

Dalton leads projects from the earliest planning stages through completion, ensuring each home is aligned with the client’s vision, budget and timeline. With a lifelong background in construction and a focus on high-quality residential work, he collaborates closely with clients, designers and skilled trade partners to deliver homes built with care and lasting quality.

Melissa Fulks

Co-Founder & Operations Manager

Melissa manages the operational framework of Falcon Contracting Group, including project administration, financial workflows and company processes. She develops and continually refines the structure that supports project planning, coordination and client experience, ensuring each project is professionally managed from pre-construction planning through warranty management.

As a young/new homeowner with absolutely no knowledge of renovation and a house that needed a lot of work, I wanted someone I could trust. The moment I started working with Dalton, I knew I was in good hands.
